I’m back as promised with your next set of Money Block Prompts for Family: Week 4.
Awareness is a powerful thing – so it’s my hope that by helping you to focus on a different set of money blocks each week, you can start to shift them, so you can enjoy wealth without limits!
Let’s crack on with it!
MONEY BLOCK MONTHLY – FAMILY AFFIRMATION
Repeating these words out loud, and confidently, will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.
This works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently every day, for the whole month.
If you go here you’ll find an affirmation image you can put somewhere you’ll see it. It’s the right size for an iphone lock screen, which is where I’ve put mine!
MONEY BLOCK PROMPTS – FAMILY WEEK 4
Ready to dive in? Every week I’ll give you a couple of areas to focus on, that will help you uncover your money blocks. You’ll find a word or phrase to prompt you, and some accompanying questions to ask yourself.
You can do as little or as much as you want!
Stay curious, stay inquisitive, and keep your sense of humour – and especially, be kind to yourself. The human mind is capable of all sorts of bollocks, so let’s find out what it’s telling you about money shall we?
PROMPT 1 – Childhood memories of me dreading something
This one might go deep. There will probably be one memory that is forcing itself into your awareness. It might be something you’ve complete forgotten about. Take a few moments to recall it. I want you to consider about how you’ve related whatever happened with money. Did you have a perception of something or someone in the situation as being rich or poor? You may not have been aware of it until now.
Everyone can access the limiting belief release technique here – you could release the limiting beliefs “I dread _________” and “Rich/poor people are dreadful” – and any others you find that are related.
PROMPT 2 – Being afraid
Who’s the family member that springs to mind when you think of this? It might not be who you’d expect. Remember that person. What were they afraid of, particularly when it came to money? Being broke? Going without? Looking bad? Being too rich? Being looked down on? Being put on a pedastal? Have a think – what were the fears you picked up around money from this family member. Even if you’ve never consciously considered their opinions, or you can logically see that they were wrong – write it down.
Everyone can access the limiting belief release technique here– you can release the limiting belief “Money makes you look good/bad.” and “I must not be richer/poorer than others”. Also you can do any others you find relating to the questions above.
Take a few minutes to clear this stuff up, I promise it will be worth it.
I’ll be back next week with some more Money Block Prompts for you – until then…
Lots of love,
PS – The affirmation image for your phone (or wherever you want to put it) is here.
