Here are this week’s prompts…
1. Masking my anger
Putting on the ‘everything is perfect mask’ is an easy habit to get into.
We’ve all got different reasons for doing it.
Maybe to protect ourselves, or maybe to protect others.
Think about the last time you were angry. Were you honest with your anger or did you pop the mask on?
Have a think about it, journal it out.
Use the Limiting Belief Release with these: I must put on a brave face / I can’t be honest with how I feel / I must hide my anger
2. Asking for what I need
Does asking for what you need come easily to you?
Does asking for what you need (or resisting the asking) make you angry?
Sometimes we get terribly angry because we think we shouldn’t have to ask.
Does that ring any bells with you?
Take a moment, feel into it.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I can’t ask for what I need / Only I can provide everything I need
