Furious – it’s a powerful word that carries a lot of energy.
What are you furious about?
Ask yourself this and see what springs to mind. Is there some old hurt that you’re still feeling furious about, deep down? What is it about the person or situation that’s triggering the fury?
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I am furious / I can’t be furious
2. Reclaiming what has been stolen from me
What sprung to mind when you read that prompt?
If something is stolen from you it can make you feel vulnerable. In turn, this can spark all kinds of emotions, including anger.
What have you lost? What has been stolen from you?
As painful as it might be, journal about it. Then use the LBR and do these limiting beliefs: I am vulnerable / I am not powerful / I don’t have any power
