What do you believe you can’t do and how does that make you angry?
Thinking you can’t do something can make you feel all kinds of frustration.
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I can’t do what I want to do / I am limited by my abilities / I am limited
What are you determined to do and how does it relate to anger?
Does it make you angry if you don’t achieve something? When you’re determined does it make you more likely to be triggered into anger or frustration?
Give it some thought, and journal it out if it helps.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I’m not determined / Being determined makes me angry / I can’t be determined
