Here are this week’s prompts…
1. Success is a burden
Most people want to feel successful, and what success means is individual to you.
So why is it that we hold ourselves back from something that we want?
Often, subconsciously, we think that there will be a heavy consequence of success?
In what way does more success feels like it will be a burden to you?
Take a moment, journal it out.
Use the Limiting Belief Release: If I’m successful I will have more to carry / Success is a burden
2. How does the illusion of conforming stop me from moving forward?
Illusion and conforming – both very interesting words!
If you’re not sure where to start with this prompt, take out the word ‘illusion’ and ask yourself, ‘how does conforming stop me from moving forward?’.
Jot something down.
Now, think about the ‘illusion of conforming’ – who really thinks you conform when you try – and does it really work?
How is that holding you back?
This one is worth closing your eyes and asking yourself the question.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I must conform / I must appear that I am conforming / I must conform to be accepted
