This is Wealthology Mail and it’s our last week on the theme of Abundance!
Here are this week’s prompts…
1. Saying no to myself
There are two ways this blocks us.
On one side, by limiting ourselves in relation to abundance, we deprive ourselves of all sorts of things, tricking our minds into believing ‘it’s fine I don’t need that, I need to be disciplined’.
And on the other side, sometimes we think ‘I’m not saying no to myself, I want whatever I want’ and it tricks us into overspending and making poor decisions about money, in order to ‘feel abundant’ by buying things we don’t need (or even want 24 hours later!)
Where do you limit your own needs, desires and goals? And where do you rebel against saying not to yourself?
Give it some thought, journal it out.
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I need to limit my needs / I need to limit my desires / I need to limit my goals / I must buy everything I want in order to feel abundant
2. Working as hard as I can
Were you raised to ‘work as hard as you can’?
It can be difficult to know when to stop. Does it mean as hard as you physically can? In which case, when you’re sitting at a computer, if you’re not good at reading the signs (or good at ignoring them) that your body has had enough, it’s easy to slip into decline.
Is ‘working as hard as I can’ really helping you?
Where do you keep yourself in servant-mode in order to create abundance? Is it working?
Delve into it, take a moment.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I must always work hard / Abundance won’t arrive without hard work
Everyone can find the Limiting Belief Release Technique here.
Have fun digging into those, and I’ll be back with you next week with a new theme!
Lots of love,
