The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on self-liberation.
Here are this week’s prompts…
1. Knowing I am qualified
Sometimes we look around and we think, how on earth did I get here?
Do you ever secretly wonder how you managed to make it this far without someone calling your bluff?
This is extremely common – and it’s exhausting.
In what way do you not feel qualified in your life?
Take a moment, journal it out.
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I’m not qualified / I am an imposter / I’m going to be found out
2. Knowing I am acceptable, just as I am
This is a powerful statement.
Do you know this, in your core?
Do you think you’re acceptable as you are, or do you need to be / have / do / give / achieve more?
What do you believe you must prove before you can see yourself as acceptable?
Give it some thought, even if it’s uncomfortable and journal it out.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I am not acceptable as I am / I need to do more
