Wealthology Insider Mail #15
Here I am as promised with this week's Wealthology prompts for this month’s theme:Self Disapproval
Here's a reminder of this month’s affirmation. Repeating these words out loud, and confidently, will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.
This works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently every day, for the whole month.
WEALTHOLOGY PROMPT 1 – Not knowing all the answers
How much of a hard time do you give yourself for not having all the answers? Which occasions make it particularly stressful for you to be out of your depth? What sort of people seem intimidating because they know more than you?
And when these things happen, what do you do? What do you say to yourself? How do you criticise yourself?
And really, why is it so terrible that you don’t know all the answers? (What’s the past experience – probably from childhood – where not knowing something ended in embarrassment, shame, or humiliation?
Journal it out, and do your limiting belief releases - this is deep stuff.
Limiting Belief Releases:
I don’t know all the answers / I must know all the answers / Not knowing all the answers means I am stupid/unworthy
So often we fail to see the value in the things that come most naturally. After all - if it's easy, we're not working hard enough, and that means we shouldn't get paid...right? That's what your subconscious would love you to believe. How does this show up for you?
Take a few minutes to think about it and scribble some notes.
Everyone can access the limiting belief release technique here.
PROMPT 2 – How do I deny myself pleasure?
Sitting at your laptop, hungry, thirsty, desperate for the loo? Actually maybe that’s not denying pleasure, that’s more like basic human rights!
Do you ‘save’ your favourite food, TV shows, connections? Do you have to ‘earn’ the right to have pleasure by suffering first? Do you punish yourself or your body with limitations and restrictions?
How do you deny yourself the things that really please you?
Write, draw, meditate, contemplate… and of course, do some limiting belief work around what you find.
Limiting Belief Releases:
I must earn pleasure / Pleasure is not a birthright (haha triggered myself typing that one, think I’ve got some work to do here!) / Pleasure comes after punishment (all sounds a bit 50 Shades doesn’t it?!)
Take a few minutes to clear this stuff up, I promise it will be worth it.
I'll be back next week!
Lots of love,
Michelle xxx
