Wealthology Insider Mail #46

This is Wealthology Mail and we’re working on the new theme of Self-Liberation.

Let’s take a moment to recap on self-liberation and what it means for your Wealthology Profile.

Self-liberation = knowing you can think what you want to think.

Most people don’t realise that there’s a distinction between this and self-actualisation. They think that when you’ve decided to be what you want, and step into your big vision for yourself, to talk about your mission and your brand and to really be it, that the work is done. You’re surprised to find that everything still feels like an uphill battle, and that you’re still hustling and pushing.

Where’s the ease and grace you expected?

Why is it still hard to make money?

The answer is this: you still don’t own your thoughts.  Externally you’ve changed, and you’re standing up to lead, and you’ve probably done a lot of self-development to get to that place. Internally, you’re still conforming. You have no idea that on a subconscious level, you don’t have freedom of thought.

So, let’s get this sorted.

Let’s remind ourselves how your Wealthology Profile interacts with self-actualisation:

The Achiever– struggles with self-liberation because they don’t see the big picture for their business. They’re so busy worrying about other people, and minute logistics, and micro-managing a million and one things that they don’t connect to their mission. There’s just no space for thinking about broader concepts or developing expansive ideas, so they block the possibility that they can think what they want.

The Strategist– can’t self-liberate because they don’t honour their own creativity. They get the initial spark on an idea, and then stamp the life out of it before it can ignite into the flame it had the potential to be. They then become convinced that their ideas are bad, and therefore they mustn’t think what they want to think, so the next spark automatically gets stamped out too. This becomes a problematic cycle, because the way they deal with their lack of self-liberation reduces the likelihood that they’ll experience it

.The Hustler– fears that self-liberation will get them into trouble. It just doesn’t feel safe for them to think what they want to think. They might have grown up around people who worried a lot about what others thought of them. They’ve often been punished for saying exactly what’s on their mind, and this especially create blocks when they know they are correct. They often have a huge subconscious fear of authority, or speaking out and being publically condemned.

The Guardian– believes that self-liberation will cause dramatic changes that they won’t be able to cope with. They have a subconscious belief that if they’re suddenly free to think what they want, it will create startling transformation, with dire consequences. Their enthusiastic nature means that they automatically start to put a lot of energy into seeing all things that can go wrong when these drastic life-changes occur.

The Thinker– doesn’t self-liberate because they think too much. Ironically, they’re unable to think what they want to think, because they’re too busy over-thinking everything else. They are constantly bombarded by thoughts about the past, the future, other people, their own problems, and other people’s problems.

The Light– can’t self-liberate because they don’t think they’re qualified to know what they know. They’re subconsciously waiting for someone to give them an official stamp of approval before they feel entitled to think the thoughts they think. They look around at people with ‘official’ certifications, and compare themselves, and feel that their work isn’t valid, and hold back from sharing it on a larger scale. The truth is that they usually have such a deep knowledge of their own subject, and such a unique message, that there is no one who can give them a diploma in it.

This month’s affirmation is:I think what I want to think.Find the image to use as your phone lockscreen here.

Repeating this phrase will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on self-liberation.

Here are this week’s Money Mail prompts…

1. Fear of seeing the big picture

Sometimes we feel like we're struggling to see the big picture - and sometimes that's because we're afraid to.

When this happens it’s often the fear of not being able to achieve it that keeps us blocked.

What are you afraid of admitting about your 'big picture'?  (I'm going to go and answer this myself now!)

Give it some thought, journal it out.

Use the Limiting Belief Release: I can’t see my big picture / I can’t achieve my big picture

2. Why isn’t it safe for me to liberated?

What sprung to mind when you read that prompt?

What’s unsafe about being liberated?

What might you do wrong?  What might you be the victim of?

Give those questions some thought.

Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: It’s not safe to be liberated / If I’m liberated I’ll do something wrong

Everyone can find the Limiting Belief Release Technique here.

Have fun digging into those, and I’ll be back with you next week.

Lots of love,

Michelle xxx
